We
specialize in half and full day all-inclusive programs designed
for adults of all ages and groups of 12-150 or more. Our wide
range of activities and programs start with our Low Ropes
(levels 1, 2 & 3), an experiential learning program; Tree
To Table, a Maple Culinary Team experience to a variety of
Corporate Retreats ranging from Magical Teambuilding, Puppetry
Building to Wealth of Wisdoms Sessions featuring work, life,
balance alternatives such as Yoga, Reiki more…
 At
Fulton's we foster team expansion and success as well as taking
personal desire and success into consideration. For obvious
reasons cell phones and pagers are not allowed in any program.
Calls can be made at lunchtime or during refreshment breaks.
Each participant is required to complete a waiver prior to

PROGRAMS
1. FULTON'S LOW ROPES
 Our
Low Ropes course, levels one, two and three are set in the
woodlands of our 400 acres allowing teams to collaborate,
communicate, problem solve, take risks and work together all
while having fun in nature!
Experience the challenge of the "Mohawk Crossing"
using your teammates to help you traverse the wire, the intense
concentration of the "Bull Ring", or bonding with
your teammates through "Trust Falls" and other trust
activities.
In a fun, supportive and cooperative environment, your team
will evolve from being "officemates" to teammates.
Enjoy the results of your team's efforts as your progress
throughout the day. Our three level course is designed so
that your team can return to visit and accomplish new goals
with each visit. Each level progresses naturally from one
to the next. You may choose a half or full day program in
each level.
Spring, summer, fall and winter, rain, snow or shine, reserve
us for your next teambuilding venture. Prefer for us to visit
you? We do off site programs as well. We bring the activities
and fun, you bring the laughter. Surfs up with pool and lakeside
fun in our water based teambuilding camps. Land or water,
we have the adventure based learning programs designed to

2. "TREE TO TABLE"…MAPLE
CULINARY TEAMBUILDING EXPERIENCE
 Can't
see the trees for the forest…Bring it to the table!
Set the stage with our Guided Maple Tour and then into the
kitchen.
Too many cooks in the kitchen you say…time to create
change.
Looking to make things go smoother?
Begin the transformation process…Change is a choice!
Together with your team witness the magic… maple syrup
to maple butter and poof into granulated sugar. Learn the
art of cooking with mmm…maple! Celebrate your successes…taste
your efforts.
Time for a little countrification, relax and recap your experience
during a horsedrawn hayride. What better way to end the day
than with a traditional Canadian pancake meal and mmm…maple
dessert.

3. MAGICAL TEAMBUILDING
 This
exciting segment starts with a brief introduction by Elliott
Smith, Magician, who will then perform a short magic show
incorporating magic tricks that will be taught in the workshop.
Participants are divided into groups of 8-12 people per table
divided into pairs. Each pair will elect one person to be
the "magician" and the other will be the "helper/audience".
Each table is taught a different magic trick and each pair
will practice and perform the trick to the other in the allotted
time.
At the appropriate time, the table will select one of the
"magicians" at their table to perform their trick
to the whole room. They must present and perform their trick
using a story containing subject matter relating to their
company business (product, service, etc). After everyone has
performed, all participants will select an overall winner.
A debriefing may ensue, discussing such elements as; the process
of how the pair and their selected roles were determined;
how and why which person was selected to represent the table;
what problems arose; alliances made; communication and more.
The recommended size of group is 50-60 people. Learn more

4. IT'S ALIVE…GROUP DYNAMIC
PERFORMANCE AND PUPPETRY
 Did
you ever stop to wonder how giant dinosaur creatures or huge
puppet effects are brought to life on film and stage? Did
you know that, on average, it takes a team of 3 to 12 people
to bring a puppet to life?? Does your team have the "group
intuition" to work together and do something as incredible
as this?? What would happen if "the left hand actually
knows what the right hand is doing"??? Using master puppetry
techniques, your team will be laughing, learning and linking
their skills together to create outrageous results!
This
workshop is comprised of a variety of exercises that ease
participants into the process of working as a group towards
a common objective. Through the art of basic puppet anatomy
and construction, group improvisation, body language and group
intuition your team learns new methods of communication and
