Whole Wheat Maple Loaf
Bread machine recipe

2 lb Loaf	1 ½ lb Loaf
1 ¼ cups	1 cup	water
2 tbsp+2 tsp	1 ½ tbsp	honey
2 tbsp	1 tbsp	butter, softened
1 ½ tsp	1 tsp	salt
2 ½ cups	2 cups	flour
1 cup	¾ cup	whole wheat flour
1 package Fulton's seasoning mix
½ cup	1/3 cup	dry skim milk powder
½ cup	1/3 cup	wheat germ
2 tsp	1 ½ tsp	active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order specified by owner's manual.
Select basic - rapid (or basic and desired setting, depending on brand of bread machine) and start.
When cycle has finished, immediately remove from pan and cool on wire rack.

Variation:
Program dough cycle instead of basic.
Grease 8 ½"x4 ½" loaf pan. Set aside.
Remove dough to lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in additional all-purpose flour to make dough easy to handle.
Shape dough into smooth loaf and place in prepared pan.
Cover dough with clean towel and let rise in a warm draft-free place for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375F and bake for 25-35 min. or until loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.
