Ingredients
1 tbsp flour
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup amber maple syrup
1 cup whipping cream
Whisk together the flour and lemon juice. Gradually add the maple syrup. Stirring constantly, heat until mixture is as thick as honey. Remove from heat and fold in 1 cup whipping cream that has been whipped. Serve with fresh fruit.
