Maple Carrot Soup

Ingredients
½ cup chopped onions
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
1 tbsp. Chicken Bouillon
3 cups water
½ cup uncooked rice
¼ cup Fulton's Maple Syrup
½ tsp. Salt
2 cups milk

  • Mix onion, carrots, bouillon mix, water, rice, Fulton's maple syrup and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until carrots are tender and rice is cooked.
  • Place in a blender and blend until smooth. Return to the saucepan heat while stirring in the milk.
  • Add maple croutons and enjoy.
Maple Croutons

1 pkg. of Fulton's Maple Dip for Vegetables
6 slices of bread
  • Cut small maple shapes from the slices of bread.
  • Place 1 tbsp. of the Fulton's Maple Dip mix in a small paper bag. Place bread shapes into the bag. Shake well.
  • Bake in 375 oven for 3 min. each side.
