Maple Candied Corn

Ingredients

15 cups of popped popcorn (2/3 cup raw)
1 cup Fulton's Maple Syrup
¼ cup corn syrup
1/3 cup butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda

  • Cook maple syrup , corn syrup, butter and salt over medium heat to 236 degrees (about 4 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Stir and pour over popcorn which has been spread over two large pans. Try to have the corn covered with the syrup mixture.
  • Bake at 200 degrees F for one hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
