Maple
Baked Beans
Ingredients
1 pound dry white pea beans (about 2 cups)
1 cup Fulton's maple syrup
½ cup chili sauce
1 small onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 cups boiling water

Place
beans in a large saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer
for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 1 hour. Drain.

In
a bowl mix together all remaining ingredients.

Pour syrup mixture over beans and add boiling water. Cover and bake at
300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 6-7 hours, adding more water as needed
to keep beans moist.
