Apple
and Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
4 sweet potatoes, boiled
2 apples
¾ cup Fulton's Maple Syrup
¼ cup water
6 marshmallows

Cut
potatoes lengthwise, pare apples and slice thin.

In
a baking dish arrange a layer of potatoes, then a layer of apples,
topping with sweet potatoes.

Stir
Maple syrup and water, pour over the apples and garnish with marshmallows.

Cover
baking dish and bake another 15 min., until marshmallows are melted
and brown.
