FOREST MEMBERSHIP REGULATIONS
|
|
-
No smoking in the forest. Receptacles are available outside
the restaurant.
- Pets
must be on a leash at all times.
- Please
poop scoop. Garbage bins are outside the restaurant.
- You
are responsible for your pet's safety and the safety of
others (people and pets alike) in regards to each other
and your pets.
- We
retain the right to disallow any animal and/or it's owner
from use of our property with a verbal or a written request.
- For
safety reasons, no alcohol is permitted on the grounds or
in any of our buildings.
- Our
trails are multi-use. Please respect other users. We limit
the number of trails users to ensure maximum enjoyment of
the property.
- An
adult must accompany children at all times.
- Members
who ignore rules and regulations and/or cause property or
personal damage will have their pass(es) revoked and money
not refunded plus face legal action.
- Please
treat our property as your own.
- Please
display your trail pass on the dash of your vehicle. Your
trail map will act as your pass while you are on the trails.
Please keep it with you at all times.
- We
ask for your own safety and as part of our regulations that
you return to your vehicle and leave the property before
sunset/daylight hours, depending on the season daylight
times.
- Please
write your pass number in the logbook along with estimated
return time and the number of people in your party.
- If
you plan to have friends accompany you, additional day passes
may be purchased in advance over the phone by calling 613-256-3867
and with approval from management.
- Access
to the main building is permitted on most Tuesdays and Thursdays
between 9a.m. and 4 p.m. or any other time when our staff
are on site and available.
- An
outdoor washroom is available for your use.
SPECIAL
MENTION
- Family
members and staff work and play in our sugarbush. They are
the only ones that may be on a motorized vehicle (truck,
tractor, ski-doo or 4-wheeler).
- In
case of EMERGENCY call 911.
- Our
address is #291 Concession 6 Road, Pakenham
- Cell
phones (with Bell service) do work in all areas of the Fulton
forest.
- Fulton
families live across the road in the red brick house #288;
down the road left of the pancake house laneway to # 368
(brown bungalow, 1st on the right side) and next door in
the white bungalow #357 (out Fulton's lane and turn left,
1st house on the left).
