Fulton's is in the perfect location to host your next conference, company retreat, a team picnic, wedding, family reunion, an organizational gathering and any other special occasion. With over 400 acres, our forest provides the perfect backdrop for celebrations. We are located on the fringe of Ottawa, are en-route to Algonquin Park and Kingston and ideally located between Toronto and Montreal. We offer you a serene and private place to enjoy your celebration. It's picture perfect!

Our banquet facility has two rooms. In total we can comfortably accommodate 70 people for a sit down dinner or self serve meal. All our buildings are wheelchair accessible. Facility rental includes the use of the conference rental room and full use of our forest playground.

To order meals please discuss options and the number of guest meals with us at the time of the booking. For conferences and retreats, we suggest our all-inclusive pancake breakfast/lunch; or a country lunch/dinner (soup and sandwich or salad and sandwich plus dessert and beverage) - either meal option is $15.00/person. More traditional maple themed sit down meals starting at $25.00/person are available for more formal events (we can accommodate up to 70 people for sit down meals). Please let us know of any special requests or guest allergies at the time of reservations.

To add to your celebration we also have various activities available for your selection and enjoyment. Let us know of any special interests at the time of booking. How about saying thank you to your guests with an event favour? We have a variety to choose from.

Prefer for us to bring a piece of the country to your work space. Book us for a staff taffy party and leave all the details to us. Please contact us so we may accommodate your needs.

FACILITY RENTAL FEES AND POLICIES:

• Reservations are recommended 4 weeks in advance.
  
• Banquet Room and our forest grounds rentals (times are flexible): $650/day
  
• Included in the facility rental and available for your use are: a speakers podium, flip chart, screen, projector and white board.
  
• Banquet meals are individually priced according to each unique celebration.
  
• A Preliminary contract will be sent giving the date the confirmed numbers are required.
  
• A Final contract will be sent when final numbers are confirmed.
  
• Full payment (including banquet space, meals and activities) is required at the date for the final contract.
  
• Payment may be made by cash, company cheque, visa or mastercard.
  
• Prices are subject to change and applicable taxes.
  
• At Fulton's there are no gratuities.
  
• Fulton's is an alcohol free facility.
  

CANCELLATION:

• In the event that Fulton's needed to cancel your visit due to weather, attempts will be made to re-schedule. If this is not possible your full-payment will be returned.
  
• In the event that you need to cancel, you may do so up to the 2 week period prior to your booking and half of your payment will be refunded. Should you cancel within the 2 weeks immediately before your booking, your payment is forfeited.
  
• If the program is rescheduled or cancelled after the contract is signed an administration fee of $150.00 will be charged. (Applicable to professional tour companies, banquets, corporate and teambuilding events).
